Enabled Cross Play and earned items are now missing from vault and collections
Hello, I recently linked an old PS4 account to a steam account and a majority of my items from PS4 are inaccessible in collections and completely missing from the vault. For example, I earned 1k voices on PS4 and now my PS4 characters, when accessed on PC via steam, does not have my 1k voices and my collections tab for it is greyed out as if I did not earn it. I do own forsaken for both PS4 and PC so I know ownership is not the issue. There are also a number of vanilla items missing that wouldn't even have to do with DLC ownership conflicts. Please advise and/or point me in the right direction so I can get my gear back. Thank you <3

4 RepliesLinking accounts does not combine characters and items. Whatever platform you set as your Active Account is what items and characters you have available.
