Got into old steam account but is asking me if I am a new player
I make a post yesterday, but the gist is that I wanted to remove my old steam account I had linked to my playstation account. After I was able to get into my old steam account I made sure everything is connected and is good, but when I load up the game it asks me if this is a new account. I re-added my playstation account and when I do it logs me back into this account. I boot up the game again and the same message occurs, so I logged out of my bungie account, logged into my steam account and re-added my playstation account again but still it asks if I am a new player. any thoughts?
edit: did it again just to see if I could get a error code and I got this

3 RepliesWhich account did you first start destiny on? If its the ps account you have to link that as the main cross save account. If you make the steam account as the main cross save account it will tell you to make new characters as this would be the first time your steam account has login d2.
