Is anyone else not seeing the Braytech Transponder from Variks?

So since Season 14 I've noticed that the Braytech Transponder quest that Variks gives has been missing, at least on my end. Is this true for anyone else? If so, do you guys think this is a bug or are they adding it back eventually? I never saw Bungie make a post regarding any disabling of this quest, so I'm confused.
