When I try to load Destiny 2 from steam I get an error.
20:37:41: Starting BattlEye Service...
20:37:46: Launching game...
20:38:05: Note: File blocks can be ignored if they don't cause problems with the game.
20:38:05: [INFO] Blocked loading of file: "D:\Steam 2\steamclient64.dll".
This error happens everytime I try to run Destiny 2. I have tried everything listed on the section mentioning this error in the Battleye FAQ. The only part I didn't not do was regarding this article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2813430 since it did not have any info regarding Windows 10.
On top of doing everything in the FAQ, I also uninstalled and reinstalled steam as well as Destiny 2, updated Windows 10 to the lastest software, and restarted the computer multiple times. I also viewed a thread suggesting to DisableRootAutoUpdate; however, I do not see a registry folder labeled AuthRoot to do that. I have run out of things to try and would appreciate any help.

>steam There’s your problem. That garbage somehow killed the stellaris launcher for me. I wound up just going into finder (I’m an apple peasant, pls no bully) and launching the game directly from there.
