Hello, I have been working for several weeks to get my splicer title/seal completion. I finished "as prophesied" yesterday and did not see the cutscene which is tied to a lore book needed for the seal. I have replayed 2 override: last city missions and stayed till the end with no luck, as well as visited the eliskni quarter, and check the quest terminal. Is there any way to get this cutscene to work so i can get the lore book? I have only done the quest chain on one character so I cant imagine going through all 8 steps just to get the lore book (if I dont miss the cutscene again).
