New gen Xbox. Wired, fibre, no issues ever. Load the game, tower full,patrols got people in it, all good. Any matchmaking though just evaluates and finds no one (all matchmaking stuff). I have to close destiny and restart, usually once but occasionally 2-3-4 times before it'll matchmake.
