Xbox Live already has these features but they only track party and limited game services, ive never really used it but good chance they track stuff ingame

Xbox live has that feature, when it works on destiny, to track other players you connected with in destiny that were on xbox, not psn, stadia, or steam. Steam has a recent players tab also that tracks steam recent players but only people you connected to that were on steam.
