I have my network setup in a particular way, my router doesn't offer a hardware option to utilize my VPN.
I am currently running NordVPN on my gaming PC and I use split tunneling to control which traffic goes through the VPN and not. For whatever reason, I cannot get past the "Signing In..." portion of the loading screen with Destiny 2 not in the list to use the VPN. When I turn off my VPN connection completely or add the game exe to the list of apps to use the tunnel with, I am able to get into the game.
This is not how I want to have my system set up, I would prefer to have D2 not use the VPN so that I can stick with Steam Relay instead but I guess it's maybe an issue with Steam Relay? Would really love some insight here as to how I can get this working the way that I want.

Windows is unable to split the DNS queries with Nord's implementation of split-tunneling. EDIT: I seemed to have "fixed" it by turning off "CyberSec" under the general settings for NordVPN
