I'm a windows 10 user using an intel processor.
I've not been able to play for 2 weeks (crashes every 5-10 minutes).
I've just gone in to my BIOS settings and disabled "Intel Virtualization Technology" and I was able to play my first strike in a long time.
Not ideal but I hope this works for you.

did you get an error message saying bad_module_info has stopped working? or did you have another issue?
