Dead Cliffs is by far the worst map in Destiny 2

Let me tell you my reasoning, the people who start at A spawn are at a disadvantage, the people who spawn at C can cap the zone faster than those at A, and C can easily go to A spawn from the beggining to attack them with grenades while those at C capping cant even be touched. after that, the people who spawn at A will ONLY spawn at A unless B has no enemies or is capped by your side the only way those at A can win is if they somehow cap C and if C never pushes A spawn and focus purely on defending C and B they will win, Blueberries may not allow this but they could. I dont know how you can fix this maybe by furthering where C spawn is or changing the locations of both C and B but until something happens I must say that Dead Cliffs is the worst Crucible map.

        • It just needs removed from 6v6. Same goes for other tiny maps like Exodus Blue, Cauldron Anomaly, etc.

        • They should extend the map out for maps that were designed for 4v4 back in the day. It's just too cluttered for 6v6. But man, nothing beats 8-man Rumble on 4v4 maps.

            No, deadcliffs is a bad 6v6 map. For 3v3, it is one of the best maps in the game. It's too easy to get spawn trapped in 6v6 due to the nature of the spawns in relation to the A zone, which is what makes it so bad. In 3v3 though, it plays like one of the best maps in the franchise if you ask me. Either remove it from 6v6 and keep it in 3v3, or fix the spawns in 6v6 [spoiler]remember when bungie removed this map a while back to "make improvements," and then they brought it back to the game with literally no change at all? Yeah, good job there bungie. I remember being so excited they were finally going to fix the spawns only to find out they did absolutely nothing other than just remove it for a few months and bring it back exactly as it was before[/spoiler]

          • Have you tried gitting gud? On a serious note, and all jokes aside, if you spawn at A, cap your zone asap OR make a mad dash for B. If you know the enemy is going to rush A, why defend it? You don't need A, you just need at least 1 zone to stay in the fight. Cap A with your team or rush to B, cap B if you can. If not, you'll be killed, but that's okay. Cap the nearest zone or defend it if it's yours cause chances are there'll be enemies there if it's yours. Once you have a zone fully secured and on lock, just rotate. Pick a direction and circle that way, capping or defending zones as needed. Eventually you'll have all 3 and there you go. And even if you never get all 3, if you can at least keep 2 at any given time you're forcing them to focus on rotation too which limits their focus on kills which makes it easier for your team. Dead Cliffs is not the worst map in the game, in ANY regard. It has good lanes for long range weapons, tight corners for short range weapons, and mid-length spaces for mid-range weapons, and it has all 3 in a very healthy mix. On top of that, even bad spawn isn't awful, just slightly worse. You cap about a second and a half later, that's not bad. On top of that, while the mid-match spawns could use some work, they aren't the worst in the game either. Twilight Gap and Exodus Blue are both worse. Exodus Blue has plenty of areas for all styles of play, but they're all so janky and there's so many things to get caught on or to have your abilities/shots get caught on that it's hard to enjoy any playstyle on that map, and Twilight Gap is as bad as, if not worse than, Blue. Gap has absolutely awful spawns, not one single GOOD long-range lane, every mid-range space is so open you'd never willingly have a firefight in them, and even the short-range areas are just awful because they're laid out in a way that even if you do everything right, if they're 1 foot to the left or right, you lose because layout screwed you over. Don't insult Dead Cliffs when Gap and Blue exist.

                You mean Cauldron? Yeah. A map with a ton of doors. Sounds fun! Modern Doorfare 2.0. What a miserable map. They need to get rid of that map ASAP it is such absolute garbage. They vaulted the wrong maps.
