Is celestial nighthawk glitched?
My hunter friends use cl in nightfalls raids and just out and about but they've noticed that it will never crit, and even with a div bubble on minors majors or bosses and raid bosses celestial just has a 0% crit hit.
Disregard teammates were using the wrong tree in😑
