Before I start, I can provide every proof to the right people I have purchased the WQ Deluxe Edition and the 30th Anniversary bundle from Bungie Store ($99.99). I can also provide the conversations I have had with Bungie Help and the Bungie Store Support. Bungie Help had better responses, first of all they weren't automated (as opposed to the Bungie Store support's messages, which have all been automated and they all contained the Collector's Edition info which I haven't purchased). Now, after my purchase I was sent the current seasonal emblem (Midas Traction) and got an email saying I will get my Steam Code within 24 hours. That hasn't happened, and I am not the only person that hasn't received their code. A lot of people are having troubles with their Bungie Store support messages and receiving their codes. I would like to hear if some of you have the same situation and I will also like some clarification from the Bungie Forum moderators (and Community Managers, if possible), because it just feels like we're being left out. I understand you guys have it difficult because of Covid and now the recent announcement of WQ resulting in high volume of purchases, but some real human-customer service would be appreciated so we can all enjoy our bonuses.

18 RepliesSame thing here. Ordered deluxe + anniversary bundle for Steam. I emailed support after 24hrs got a generated reply about receiving collectors edition items on or before February release. Replied stating that's not what I ordered and reiterated the issue. Now I've gotten the emblem code, but nothing else.
