If you have [b]double Dynamo and double Distribution[/b] with the exotic legs, you can get super in less than [b]40 seconds[/b] just by dodging close to your enemies even behind a wall, so this is gonna be frustrating in PvP (before u say/ask, am a hunter main):
** Let dynamo and distribution work ONLY in the FIRST dodge**
[b]BECAUSE[/b] if BUNGIE [b]reduce the effect[/b] of [u]dynamo and distribution[/u] then [b]that wont matter at all[/b], you will still get super so fast using the same [b]method[/b].

Is this really a problem? I thought we were moving toward a 'build' meta? A person running this build is giving up quite a few mod slots and is only going to be above average at one thing: dodging. Nerf, nerf, nerf! Cut the super energy produced in half... It still won't be enough. It'll never be nerfd enough for the twit-wits who make up this community. This game borders on monotony. Everything needs to be nerfed for a player who needs to run the META and still isn't as good as his neighbor. Stop looking over the fence where the grass is [i]always[/i] greener and just have some damn fun. Don't fret, it'll get hammered down. Bungie always does... Why you're at it please cut down some mobility on Titan armour exotics please. They give up way less and jet around way to fast for a tank. You guys [u]are[/u] right! Nerf exotic movement in all classes! Nothing like a ' build' game where every excellent 'build' is cancelled. (And to the brainiac worried about his precious Trials... Dude, I hope the wait is excruciating)

Just make the cool down for dynamo and similar perks 5-6seconds. It doesn’t seem like it’d be a difficult change but idk, I’m not a game dev.

1 ReplyI'd say just give the mods a cool down instead so it can't proc multiple times in succession. Same as your suggestion I guess. If the cool down isn't too small or too large it shouldn't effect Titans or warlocks so much if at all

Jesus people, so many salt mines. The exotic is not a problem inherently. The mods are. Proc on the first dodge only, simple fix. Leave the stasis aspect alone, for how much investment required to make it useful (an aspect slot, an exotic slot, only having a use in shotgun range, etc.). As the other classes have pure neutral game freezes, I think me building specifically to freeze you with my dodge is fair. It'll get nerfed, most likely in the wrong way if people keep acting as they are.

They need to give mods like dynamo -blam!- cooldown. That way the normal utility of the mod remains intact and the RDM problem stops. Problem solved.

10 RepliesHow about they make it so that the Mini-dodges don't get any of the skill effects that the main dodge does? Dynamo, Distribution, Winter's Shroud, invisible, etc.

7 RepliesAnyone else? Bungie: nerfs Geomags because Warlock get too many supers per match. Also Bungie: gives Hunters boots that can exploit the hell out of Dynamo to get even faster supers. 🙆 Classic Bungo. Nerf something on the Warlock, give a better version to the other classes.

Period. I’ve never used dynamo and never will. I enjoy the way I play and do it very well. Crutch away guardians
