I thought this too, but even after closing out of precision I still get the CTD after about 10 - 15 mins of play. I was able to at least finish the intro mission, but that's all I've done so far since the season started. Would be nice if they could figure this out, might have to turn off bu11h0leye, I think it's probably related to that. I have also set my antivirus / firewall to allow BE access, so it's not my AV / firewall.

I guess there might be many different things causing the crashes. I’ve been playing with no crashes for 10+ hours since I switched off Afterburner . If I turn Afterburner on I crash within 5-10 min, so for me turning it off was the fix. Never had issues with running Afterburner before the patch though.
