Aimbot markers? This a glitch or new feature?
So I'm playing as middle tree sunbreaker titan because hammers. I have Dunemarchers on. I downloaded the anti cheat that came with season 15, and I'm noticing that now, quite often I'm getting a red diamond icon that marks a single enemy. It looks like those aimbot icons. Its happening in PvP and PvE. Usually this happens when we're in close proximity to each other through the wall, and lasts about 2 seconds.
I have no abilities or armor equipped that marks enemies. I've never seen this before and have no idea what it is. I don't remember seeing anything in recent updates, so I'm curious if this is some new game feature, or if its a glitch?

12 RepliesMy FAVORITE part about this whole post is this: The very FIRST person was polite, totally cool, and as soon as he asked me about the weapon I remembered I forgot to read into the perk, problem solved; then sebsequently, a bunch of other people responded after, and without READING the initial responses to chastize me about not reading once, proceeded to give input like "oh you didn't read it?!" Or "this is what we're dealing with people. Man... 😂😂😂 Look how many there are... Beautiful. This couldn't have been better. Those people? Well... This is what we're dealing with people😂. Too fun. Thank you all. Best thing ever.

I just experienced it. Its not lorentz i had this weird tracking on me and nobody had it on nor was it the same target thingy as lorentz its a wall hack bug probably caused by it or something else.

The new exotic gun as a perk where it highlights a random player or enemy.

Damn people are rude. It’s a perk on the new exotic linear. It’s passive so it will mark targets while not equipped. Ideas is to draw the weapon and shoot that target for a buff.

maybe unequip the new exotic linear Fusion rifle... this may help you with the Red marker... PSA: Read the Exotics PERKS

Not new. All you need to take this to next level Aimbot is equip Hunter, get a kill and the * entire team * is lit up. Not just one random, EVERYONE. Or last Ticuus: spam a multi- shot and presto! instant *multi* wallhacks, not just random.

Bruh you got a virus called Lorentz, you should probably delete it as it needs tuning to remove the tracking to make it a balanced weapon.
