problem solved for me the anticheat creates a problem with msi afterberner and riva tuner. so uninstall and no more crash problem (sorry google translation because I speak BAGUETTE lol ♥♥)

This is the issue. I had to do this with another game that used Battleeye in the past. I uninstalled MSI Afterburner and RTSS and now I have no issues. Sigh....
