Happening to me, too. I've played twice today and it's happened twice. However, there's been a similarity both times. When this happens, it happens pretty soon into me playing. The first time was shortly into the new season's starting mission and the second time was shortly after I landed on Europa. I know two is a very low case count, but both times it happened shortly after starting an activity, it frozen and then CTD'd, and had no error code. Not sure why, though. Maybe the game is trying to find an asset that it can't locate or something.
