---UPDATE IN COMMENTS---
Turning off MSI Afterburner worked for me. Not ideal, but this is what I got.

Another victim here.
I've tried restarting the machine, verifying game files, removing underclocks, capping framerate, updating to latest drivers, to no avail. This is clearly because of the most recent update as I played just the night before and there were no issues. Now I can't play for 5 minutes without the game freezing, then exiting to Windows with no error message.
I do noticed that GPU usage seems unusually high. Holding a high 99% even on my RTX 3080. Not normal at all. So there may be some background process that's just running unchecked driving the gpu usage beyond normal.

So I've read many of the replies and have tried a few of the workarounds. Allowing battleye through Windows Firewall didn't change anything but turning off MSI Afterburner seems to fix the crashing issues. Is this acceptable? No. But it's the only workaround I have, ideally this should be fixed soon. And I also tried turning off any underclocks via Afterburner but that wasn't enough, the program needs to be OFF. Hope this helps!
