Seasonal challenge "Ascendant Ballast I" BUGGED
Collecting certain Shattered Realm Ascendant Anchors will not give any progress towards the total count. I collected all 10 but only have 9/10 progress on the challenge. Many friends have the same issue, only one was not affected

yeah I have tried everything to make this work and still nothing. This is not acceptable at all as its totally gated us behind a bug

I'm having the same problem. It only gave 5/10 completion for me and I double backed with all my characters to make sure. I would of grabbed them twice if it help with getting the challenge done.

2 RepliesConsider yourself lucky I went and found all ten the achievement popped then it immediately went back to 1/10. This is typical Bungie incompetence.

Guess what? You and all the others having this issue may have to do it ALL again. Remember when an update wiped clean the progress from catalysts from some weapons? Remember what solution Bungie gave to those affected? Yeah, that's right, the solution was: "sorry but you'll all have to start from scratch again".

Same here. Just got all today. Only counted 4 of the 10 for me. Though all 20 in the EDZ are accounted for

Edited by Abaddon: 8/26/2021 5:57:26 PMMy progess reset to 1 when I picked up the Ascendant Anchor from the water wheel on my main character (Titan). I found 4 that I missed on my main on my Warlock so now I'm stuck at 5 as those I already picked up on the Titan were not there anymore. Fix the bug Bungie, we want to enjoy this content. Based on my experience, that water wheel location is the trigger of the bug.

Barrier Breaker also stops working after I collected number eight from the water mill. Definitely an issue with that one.

I'm showing all done in EDZ, but only 8/10 in Shattered Realms. I've collected all of them. Even ran through SR three times, just to make sure.

Same - I got 9/10 on Shattered Realm Ascendant Anchors and 20/20 Patrol Ascendant Anchors - and got the Anchor Guardian first step achievement for 30 collected. Even watched a video and retraced every step it took, and all Anchors on the path was taken.
