every time i try to import my xbox friends to the bungie friends feature, it says an error has been logged from the microsoft account services. Anyone have a solution to this?

Same. Have tried multiple browsers and incognito mode.

I'm having the same problem, I'm trying to link my Xbox friends to PS but keep getting the "this service has been logged" message.
-
I am also having the same issue. Error Code 1309.

1 ReplySame issue with xbox live. "You need to reauthenticate in order to get your platform friends information. (227)"

3 RepliesMine just keeps telling me that I need to reauth but, doesn't change. (error code 227 I think)

2 RepliesI couldn't get it to work on any of my PC's yesterday or this morning. I have managed to do it though a few minutes ago using Firefox. Chrome and the Chrome version of Edge would not work.

1 ReplyIs anyone getting this error: Cannot read property 'cachedBungieGlobalDisplayNameCode' of undefined Happens whenever I try and open Friends.

I have the same issue. Error 227

I believe something is either wrong with the service or they want us to disable ALL security measures. I bit the bullet and disabled every single thing... all protections on my browsers AND my antivirus and it still didn't go through.

1 ReplySame with me. I also noticed you can't add anyone in game by the search method bar

1 ReplyYes I am having the same problem on the bungie.net website. I choose Steam as my platform and I can reauth my playstation account fine, but Xbox keeps giving me an error.
