I played destiny 2 on PS4 for majority of its lifetime up until season of arrivals and couldn’t adjust to a keyboard so I just played with a PS4 controller now but recently in some update either by bungie or steam my controller only reads as an Xbox controller and you might say that’s it’s the same thing just different map out but the sensitivity is completely different than it was before and whenever you touch the touchpad on a PS4 controller it either makes you move or do an emote just by the slightest touch or tap. I’m hoping this gets fixed soon and if someone Else has this issue let me know and let me know if a ps5 controller has this same issue.

3 RepliesPlease go into your Steam settings, and disable the Steam controller settings for Destiny 2. The Steam controller settings may be trying to override the in-game controller settings, causing it to read the input device incorrectly. This can be an issue for various games played through Steam, so it’s something to check if you have similar issues with other games in future.
