I’m honestly chill about it really cause if the Campaign (Solo) is complete, if the Multiplayer is complete, there is no reason to delay Halo Infinite. I know people are pissed that no Forge and no Coop will be available at launch but the whole “a delayed game is eventually good and a rushed game is forever bad” philosophy applies to features as well. If everything else in Halo Infinite is polished and complete, adding unpolished features like Coop and Forge to a polished game will just break everything else they have polished. It’s just not with it. Everyone is saying to delay Halo Infinite another year or 6 months minimum till it coop and forge can be added.
But here is what’s wrong with that. The longer they delay, the more spoilers that will get released and the campaign will just be uninterested in playing the Campaign, the hype for the entire game will disappear so releasing the Game this year during the holiday, and just add the coop in 3 months after launch and add Force 6 months after release.
People are complaining that 343 are releasing an unfinished product but If a game like Halo, if it has a complete and polished Campaign, if it has a complete and polished Multiplayer, then the Game is a finished product to me. Just cause it’s missing two features isn’t going to kill anyone. People are really overblowing this crap.

2 RepliesEdited by Konnen73: 8/23/2021 11:08:00 PMPart of the thrill of campaign is challenging it with friends and Forge is an integral part of the pvp experience. I still say the Reach era had the best custom maps. I wanna know what is the exact reason for then not shipping at launch.

1 ReplyNot being able to play the campaign co-op is pretty absurd.

1 ReplyI’m not to surprised because 343s been incompetent on making games since their inception, and after halo 5 I knew they’d likely have the next game missing features and low and behold I was right and can be found saying it’d happen on waypoint👍 I remember when games were launched complete, but 2021 games can’t even add split screen lulz. I don’t find the issue overblown either, lot of people played couch co-op or LAN parties together and really that’s what made the older games so fun, you could hang out with your friends in the same room playing it. Forge is also big because custom games is another big feature that benefits from forge, no forge= lacking options and maps for custom games and if they implement a custom game list like halo 5 has, it’ll be pretty pointless since there’s no forge. In short, 343 needs replaced because someone else has to be more competent than the idiots currently running it.

1 Reply...I swear to all that is holy, 343 cannot make a game right. Like, my god. Is Halo Wars 2 the exception to end all exceptions with them? It's like the only good, complete game they've ever put out. And here I was slowly being won over by Infinite actually looking good. Should have known something would be up with it, there always is with them.
