Already bought it when it came out. Now I can’t do any Europa-based activities, because it says I need to buy the expansion.

Hello. This issue should be resolved now. Please quit the D2 app on the Xbox homescreen, reboot your console, then log back in.

Same problem. Logged in to all my expansion purchases disappearing and being told I have negative silver.

Same problem: was playing Beyond Light yesterday, but today cannot switch to Stasis spec and says I don't own Beyond Light (or Shadowkeep), also says I have negative silver. No contact form for Bungie to fix this. Please fix Bungie--very time consuming trying to get this fixed.

Same - my last minute grinding plans have been compromised. It’s the D2 Gods telling me not to buy/play Season15

I just went into manage game and reinstalled all my content. Hopefully that fixes the issue

Same here, thought I was the only one. It’s also doing the same with shadowkeep and foresaken, so I’m hoping they fix it soon.
