Honestly I this is the major downfall of this super especially in pvp. I cant tell you how many time I've been gun down mid shot or immediately after firing but before my tether hits the target. If they buffed the damage resistance and extended the damage resistance buff to maybe 1 second after firing, this would greatly help as this would give tether time to hit it mark and grab an enemy.
