Magnificent armor upgrade
I have completed everything for the magnificent armor, and it won’t let me meditate at the statue so I can get my armor to glow.

If that is the case than I cannot help you if your issue is that it doesn’t glow after you upgrade to magnificent then you haven’t done what is necessary to obtain the white glow for each piece. The white glow quests will continue even after the event ends so no rush to get it done. If it isn’t letting you meditate I would try reloading your game. Or make sure every piece is equipped when you go to meditate.
