Did anyone even do Solstice armor?
I mean, I started it on one character and couldn't make myself care enough to bother getting through the blue set. I rarely even see anyone wearing the Solstice armor this year.
Hopefully it's a complete failure this year, because this stale event cycle needs to change. Feels like it was created by someone just half-assed cobbling together the bare minimum.

I started it on my Warlock and got almost all the way through the Rare tier but didn’t have the motivation to play EAZ to open Solstice Packages. I played like one round of EAZ and lost all interest in it immediately.

Nope it’s exactly the same as when it came out and the gear goes out of date quickly so I don’t even bother now with any of the events.

Yeah I did it. I didn’t intend to get the glows on them, but inadvertently got the glow on my legs and there’s no way to turn it off. I liked the armour without the light show and now that my legs glow I can’t be bothered to wear any of the armour set 🤷🏻♂️

I’ve never bothered with it. I’ve always used this time to catch up on games I ignored all yr playing Destiny. I’m playing Ghost of Tsushima right now, much better than grinding armour I’ll never use.

I completed the blue set, then saw a set on sale with the glows at Eververse for a measly 6k bright dust so just bought that instead and gave up on the objectives.

I hadnt played in a while so I did up until the last bit that requires raids and such. I have [b][i][u]ZERO[/u][/i][/b] desire to level up enough doing playlist crap. I like the armor. Im good.

I got the majestic glow to put on my other two characters and stopped within 2 days. EAZ and Eva are, well.....not for me. It's IMO even worse than ADA-1 stuff. Just not my cup of tea.

I got all 3 classes with all glows done in 4 days lol what are you talking about? Was easier than ever.

Yeah. All classes on the first 2 weeks. Never did them before so no more fomo

Did that armour for two days in very beginning of soltice. Dismantled it right away because its useless and never go again to EAZ. Special events become so annoying and boring, there is nothing new, even ships, sparrows and ghosts have bad design. Every special event become additional +400 bright dust per character in one week. I paid for deluxe edition of Beyond of Light, so I will play until next season. But,I won't pre-order Destiny season pass anymore. I will get F2P version and look what they did, if charges will be barely noticeable - bye-bye Destiny.

i barely touched this game the past couple weeks, nothing is fun, its just bounty, bounty, bounty, same 3 crucible maps, same few gambit, etc etc......couples weeks going to have to use completely new set of weapon classes, just to do the same strikes, maps, and bounties over and over

The grind is much faster this year, you could probably crank out all three pretty easily in a few days. Still I kinda wish bungie would just cut out the blue set entirely, it definitely feels like the most unnecessary part of the grind.
