Did anyone even do Solstice armor?
I mean, I started it on one character and couldn't make myself care enough to bother getting through the blue set. I rarely even see anyone wearing the Solstice armor this year.
Hopefully it's a complete failure this year, because this stale event cycle needs to change. Feels like it was created by someone just half-assed cobbling together the bare minimum.

I can't get myself to participate in the Solstice event again after the grind of the very first one. I don't really care for the armor or the glows enough to do it.

It doesn't only "feel like it" it's exactly that. Free to play and the split from activision made events like this even more garbage than they were. The only people working on these events are artists who design ghost shells, ships, emotes and an armor set for the eververse store. No other resources and effort are spent on these events. Not to mention that this and last years solstice armor looks horrible. But yea i did it anyways and regret every second of running the hamster wheel....again...

Did not even enter the eaz once, pointless for trash stat armour nowhere near as good as my wild hunt masterworked set. Whole event needs a rework.

Did it last year but can't bring myself to complete it this year.

I did it in some past season and you know what. This was shittiest armor I had and it also was sunsetted and I have even no any ornament from that. It is hard to imagine more useless way to spend your time than this event.

As a casual gamer i was able to get all three sets completed in a week. this year was extremely easy to finish especially with the reduced requirements each completion, so I definitely got it done and out of the way early. The only thing I need to do is beat a raid and I don't even have to do it during solstice so chilling on that.

3 Repliesi got all of it to the first level but the shoes i think need 30 pvp kills and I don't do pvp in D2 so I should just trash it all at this point, I don't like the look anyway. The event felt like filler content and some of the objectives for the daily quests are terrible, the void/stasis kill one being the worst (I don't have stasis) because void kills only count for super or grenade and hunter void grenades cannot kill anything. I have all my armor masterworked so I don't see the point in making a new set that needs to be enhanced....

I upgrade my set on my warlock to Legendary, stopped there. I'm still burned by the first go around back in 2018.. Hot garbage

Every time I think about doing solstice gear, I remember how pissed I am for having 31 clears in vog with no Myth while it just dropped for some dude who was dead most of the time and didn’t even know what the gun was. Won’t do solstice this week because of how pissed I am!

i made it legendary and got one or two bits lit up on one character but left it there. Not worth the grind to do it completely.

Naw it's trash stats and a waste of time. More of bungies half assed attempts at making this mediocre game great. Destiny 3 was canceled for a reason, bungie peaked with halo 3

Played and tried to have fun up until the getting the glow. Was boring, and quickly lost interest when I saw all the completion tasks were group activities, and I only have one friend who plays..and isn’t good. Playing feels like a chore now these days in general

I started it on my Warlock and got almost all the way through the Rare tier but didn’t have the motivation to play EAZ to open Solstice Packages. I played like one round of EAZ and lost all interest in it immediately.
