Unable to obtain Corsair Badge to start Corsair Down quest
I am unable to get a corsair badge to start the corsair down quest on my Titan.
It is a real pain since today's challenge bounty (Secret Secrets) is all about hidden objectives!
Can anyone offer any help to debug it and allow my titan to obtain these badges?

It seems there is a bug that was known for sometime now that letting the "corsairbane" step expire will lock you out of obtaining corsair badges ever again on that character. If a Bungie team member could validate that, I would appreciate it. If anyone knows a workarround, that would be great so I can get reissued Dreaming City weapons.
