So.. buying better peripherals makes you a cheater? Thats like saying a guy with a $500 headset is ruining the game because he has better sound than you.. Just suck it up, buy a XIM adapter and beat them at their own game.

It's really not the 3rd party devices. They offer little and won't improve your performance much. What [b][u]is[/u][/b] an issue is the fact that hacks and legit cheats are VERY real on console, but SO MANY people falsely believe that's not possible. It is possible. It just requires more ability and brains than on PC, so it's less common, not nonexistent. PC games ban less, so cheaters are brazen. Consoles ban fairly well, so people will mask their cheats. The 3rd party devices give you rapid fire and in some cases, you can tweak the auto aim STAT of a weapon. It's false autoaim and is nothing like an aimbot. Rapid fire is in many cases, useless. It messes with your aim and reload management. Unfortunately many people have false perceptions about what these things can do, and the prevalence of actual HACKS on console. 3rd party devices can't really be fixed and they are not a huge ACTUAL problem. They are a perceived problem. Bots are an actual problem, but are perceived not to exist on console. It can be confusing because many bot programs include a rapid fire option or even auto fire. I wish more people knew...best I can do is spread the word.
