Ever since the solstice started, every 30 or so seconds my game just starts stuttering really badly. Steam’s frame rate counter says it’s between 3-30 FPS during the stutters, which last for three seconds, then the game returns to normal but continues the cycle. During these stutters, no controls work, nothing moves, and the game comes out of these stutters like I just lost the time from the stutters. Someone could’ve gotten a team kill while my game was stuttering and it wouldn’t show up in the kill feed. It’s only on D2. None of my other games have this problem. I tried verifying game files, uninstalling, reinstalling, and nothing seems to make it better. And yes, I checked my drivers.
