Hello, I screwed up Cross Save and have been locked out of the game now for two months, missing the entire Season of the SPlicer. Some background on my situation, I originally began as a Playstation player however sold my Playstation a good few years back replacing it with an Xbox to play with friends. What this has meant is that my account is a Playstation one where I had it linked via Cross Save to my Xbox Account. This has meant that the app for whatever reason automatically comes up with my PSN information when I an LFG. A small inconvenience but one that I thought (stupidly) i could fix by unlinking my playstation account. I thought this would all transfer to my XBox Live but what it actually did was kill all of my accounts. What i didn't pay much attention to at the time was the talk of the 90 days, because I didn't realise what I was doing would activate it. I don't have a playstation, have never had an account recovery or anything like that, you would easily be able to check my activity since unlinking my account, is there nothing that can be done? This is a genuine mistake and I have paid for it dearly with 58 days of being locked out. I wouldn't get a ban this long if I breached the code of conduct! I have 32 days left before I am allowed to relink my account, I don't own a PC or any console other than an Xbox, can you please help me??
