Seriously? You give an error message saying "go look THIS up" at our web site and it doesn't exist at that address.
Just sloppy. And I architect/design software resilience for a living, this is just pathetic and avoidable.

The help teams are jokes they dont ever help they just send you to the help page and basically say “F you i dont have time for this so ill copy and paste what i have to say and this link to a fix it yourself but really poorly made guide” And when its a MASSIVE bug they just ignore it, for a while Destiny was crashing my PS4 whenever i tried logging in (when you press X in the Destiny 2 screen to get to your characters) it wasn’t a issue with my hardware as a factory reset fixed the issue like any bug. It was a final ditch attempt that could have been fixed with a patch
