Bungie make a Webstore and sell us rare mods and Emotes we want!
Waiting on you to release them using RNG sucks. I'm not going to be your customer forever make your money let us play how we want. We don't want to wait for ADA let us just buy the mods like Warframe. It is not pay to win.
