Weasel bug lost all 3 characters
i had 2 x weasel error codes whilst trying to join a raid like 2 minutes after finishing an iron banner match, restarted application on ps5 as the app restarted all 3 characters had been deleted and upon checking DIM/ bungie app vault is same but the characters/gear on them are gone
I do have a crosssave enabled and believe that may be a factor however unsure how to resolve this
any help is appreciated

Hello. It is not recommended that you give your console account information to anyone. I highly suggest that you enable some extra security measures to prevent unauthorized access such as 2FA. Unfortunately, whether due to accidental deletion or unauthorized access, Bungie does not restore lost or deleted items or characters.
