A little brutally said, but I have to say I agree. I believe that if someone doesn't have any warmind cell mods on, they shouldn't be able to interact with a warmind cell. Maybe even toggle it further so that your cells can only be interacted with by you and you alone, that way if you get the off chance of having two conflicting warmind cell builds in the same party, you won't step on each others' toes.

Oh man, I gave up on running Warmind Cell Builds because of this. People that don´t have single Mod for them will contsatnly pop them ruining any Buff that you might get out of them.
