'Bound by Oath' Erianas' Vow ornament scope bug
The Bound by Oath ornament does not properly modify the scope to show whether First Glance is active.
On the base Eriana model, If you miss your First Glance shot, your scope loses a visual signifier which returns when First Glance is active. On the ornament, the visual signifier remains present regardless of whether First Glance is active or not.
