I’m sick and tired of having to delete and reinstall the game because of beagle, and no I don´t want to play the PS4 edition, I bought a PS5 for a reason and I don´t want to buy an external SSD drive, it´s time for you Bungie to fix the problem.
At the moment you are not delivering the product that we paid for.

1 Replythese automated responses are getting more annoying than the actual errors at this point, it feels oppressive, I've seen the "I know this is a frustrating experience" too many times.

The communication on this has been appalling. For a problem that is several weeks old, the lack of a clear communication is completely inadequate. I’m sure this is a complex problem so just give us some update on where it’s at and whether you feel we are close to a fix or if it’s still some time off.

I got the good damn beagle now twice in the span of 6 days. Worst part of this is how do you get hold of them for some sort of result?? No help line, no acknowledgement of the damn issue. Get your head out of your rear end Bungie!

Sick of this bs, fix your game bungie! Very pathetic.

I agree. I didn’t purchase next gen consoles to play old gen games. If the PS5 version wasn’t fully vetted and debugged then it shouldn’t have been released by Bungie. I’ve gotten this error several times over the past few weeks. I’m not playing D2 again until this is resolved.

I'm on my 4th or 5th Beagle of the month, meaning I've reinstalled about as many times as i've ran override missions.

So basically we have to uninstall and reinstall on ps5. And just wait for the next beagle error. Or uninstall the ps5 version and install the PS4 version and play that?? So this is what you call a “triple A” game studio. Wow.
