Path of the splicer quest missing
Bought season pass and cannot start the path of the splicer quest and when I talk to the splicer in helm it says nothing available

After doing Override, you would need to speak to Ikora Rey in the tower. If you have no quest, you should be able to pick it back up from either the Quests kiosk in the tower or from the Splicer Servitor in the HELM.
