Got an XSX and decided to purchase the Deluxe Edition of Beyond Light. Did not receive items.
After getting my XSX I decided to move from Steam to Xbox and knew I would need to repurchase Beyond Light so I decided this time to get the Deluxe edition to get the Emote, Sparrow, Ghost Shell, Weapon, Catalyst, and Seasons 12-15. However upon going to see the Cryptarch I was only given the Emote and Sparrow. I did not receive the Catalyst or Ghost Shell and I'm not really certain I got the other season content either. I noticed in my add-ons page I had to "install" the add-ons but the Ghost Shell was already installed. I uninstalled it and it completely vanished, I can no longer redownload it from the store?

Edited by Victor: 6/17/2021 12:35:35 AMWell you need to get the catalyst making progress in the story and I'm pretty sure the ghost should be along with the emote and emblem. I did a little research and that's what I found, have you tried it? This is a pre-order problem, but maybe that's it or not, unfortunately I didn't find anything very intuitive. Important informations General XBOX players who have booked Destiny 2: Beyond the Light need to highlight D2 on the dashboard, click "Manage Games" and install the Beyond the Light items in the "Ready to install" section. Then reopen D2 and check Cryptoarque's inventory in the Tower to retrieve the reserved items.
