This isn't me asking for help so much as trying to give the devs a possible area to look to fix this notorious error. Anyway, as everyone knows the version of Destiny on new generation consoles is plagued with the beagle error code resulting in forced full reinstalls. I noticed a couple of interesting things about the circumstances for when it started happening to me. I have been hit with beagle three times this week. All occasions happened AFTER turning on the 120 Hz/FPS Crucible setting and at random times leaving or entering orbit (turned the setting on to finish Iron Banner bounties), the game would be hit with the error. However, I turned that setting off last night. I played Vault of Glass for about six hours. Got a clear, then farmed spoils. Lots of character switching and load screens were happening. My game ran totally fine on PS5 and I never got hit with beagle the whole time playing Vault of Glass. I'm no game designer, but I think the 120 Hz/FPS setting for Crucible has something to do with the beagle error code. This may be a possible vector for a fix.
TLDR; beagle crashes happened with 120 Hz/FPS Crucible setting ON, game runs totally fine on my PS5 with the 120 Hz/FPS Crucible setting OFF.
