I want an Exotic Bolt Action sniper (Intervention equivalant)
why because shottys are strong give us a nice powerful sniper that can maybe 1 shot body 4 and below resilience? or make it a heavy sniper? i just want a bolt action sniper maybe make one that feels like an HDR from cod...hard hitting but sluggish and slow.

I kinda miss NLB - No Land Beyond - a weapon you described. It went from the worst weapon in the game when it was introduced to one that they ultimately nerfed toward the end of D1 because of crybabies getting killed by those who took the time to master it's use.
