How do I start shadow keep campaign

There’s a kiosk by the postmaster at the tower. Once you get to the postmaster, look to your left beside the stairs, between the stairs and the wall there’s a small kiosk. Near the top in the “quest archive” there’s a tab called “campaigns” Good luck.
