Eternal Heretic doesn't work
I have like 3 or 4 completions of Pit of Heresy without any deaths. Currently I'm at 9/10 triumphs complete for the Harbinger title, with the only one left uncompleted being the Eternal Heretic triumph, which won't complete. I would really appreciate if I could actually get this triumph completed, because I've been trying to get the title for months, and it won't complete.

Hey, With Beyond Light, flawless triumphs for dungeons were changed to require the entire fireteam to complete it without team. It is no longer an individual triumph.
