Is cryosthesia 77k good or trash?
Im asking this because i want to see the he communitys thoughts on this weapon, in pvp and pve. I really think this is a great way to implement a stasis focused weapon into pvp, it isnt too op and its 260 rpm sidearm which arent the srongest and in pve its nice, not the best but fun nontheless.

It's good for completing stasis bounties, that's the only reason I keep it in my inventory

Not awful. Not great. Probably not gonna use it very often. I'd rather not dump the entire mag to freeze someone. Better than Salvation's Grip at least.

The appeal to it is that it can frezze someone. And thats it. Its not a good sidearm, and abilities do what it does better. I remember when people thought it would be broken because it frezzed. Good times.

Nobody likes being on the receiving end of stasis and Bungie expected it. it shoots like vestian dynasty with its weird non-hitscan low aim assist range or delayed trigger pull. So yeah, Devil's Ruin is far more fun to use than this exotic sidearm.

It’s not even a good sidearm. 3-4 legendary sidearms are better, at least. Not even close to being worth your exotic slot.

It does have one use. Kills with it count as stasis damage kills. So... bounties? Eh 😒

After making exotics like Dead mans tale, Witherhoard, Erianas Vow, this weapon was extremely underwhelming and not worth an exotic slot to me.

I think it has a strong ability that is balanced by how awful it feels to actually use Just me tho

In both, it is no where near some top tier guns, but its definitely fun to use.

I’ve used it only a few times and it’s only value is being able to use a limited form of Stasis with a Light subclass. Other sidearms can easily outperform it.
