The weapon balance is dookie too,fusion rifles shouldn’t even be special,there’s so much shit wrong in pvp to be honest. And don’t get me started on felwinter’s,that shit should’ve been sunset like the other pinnacles.

Stasis.....peer to peer....bad netcode....bad lobby balancing. Gee I wonder why its losing players. I am barely above a 1....but the top guys I play against are always way above my level. Its just not fun getting my ass kicked.

4 RepliesNot surprising, given the stale state of PvP balancing - from the complete rampant brushfire that is one-shot weapons (Shotguns and Snipers that never get nerfed or vaulted in any manner that actually affects pvp players); the adherance that special ammo weapons need to be "powerful" and "Great" again because everyone was bored with 'double primaries' only because shotgun apes and snipers and other one-shots couldn't effectively exist in that balancing sandbox..... Adored. Jotun. Grenade Launchers. Trials Weapons being Allowed in non-Trials PvP. PvP not having to adhere to light-level power vaulting/restrictions in the majority of cases (IB and Trials, only exceptions). Throw in how easy it is to snapshot snipes because they benefit and gravitate towards headshots and even have the potential to begin with to have snapshot perks, instead of taking actual time and setup to line up the shots (and don't say they do; the number of times I get 'speed snapshot' by Adored or some equivalent mid-fire fight because they ducked a corner, swapped and then popped out is BEYOND stupid). Imbalanced classes - Dodge being too ridiculously useful while at the same time Hunter invisibility being complete trash because it won't completely remove you from radar or at the very least make you 'active camo' invisible; or Barriers and Rifts taking too long to cast in mid-fight and Rifts not being able to keep you healed to survive a fire fight anyway. Limited usefulness of weapon types and exotics; a constant, seasonally-dictated "meta" pool of Bungi-approved weapons that result in a stagnated gameplay....... The list goes on and on about why Crucible has low participation.

Well, ya. IB is Higher in Activity especially Since this Season we Received 2 Brand New Weapons. The Majority already Completed the Quest (3 Times if have multiple Characters) by the Time Friday hits people get Burnt out(The Grinders) and you see a Little bump due to it's the Weekend. Example: 500,000 play IB from Tuesday to Friday. Friday holds 200,000 players. Saturday holds 300,000 players. The Extra 100,000 are people who work the Week/School. *Not Exact, just an Example*

It's a trash game mode,tacked on to a looter shooter. plagued by try hards,cheaters, and peer to peer networking from year 1990. What do you expect.

11 RepliesNaah. Iron Banner has just siphoned off a lot of what is the usual player base for Crucible. But this is why this game can't have a bazillion different playlists in Crucible. The player base isn't big enough to tolerate being divided up into so many parts.

If IB wouldn't grant Pinnacle Loot the Participation would have just one figure too. People who like good pvp simply play something else. Destiny pvp meanwhile is an insult to pvp itself.
