I purchased Destiny 2: Beyond Light + 1 Season on my PS5 from the PS store. For whatever reason, I had the PS4 & PS5 versions installed on my console. I deleted the PS4 version and thats when I lost access to Beyond Light and the season pass.
After reviewing PS & Bungie FAQ I tried refreshing the licenses on the PS5 console, and disabling and re-enabling console sharing and offline play. Neither of these steps have worked. I spoke to PS5 support who instructed me to reach out here for assistance. I’m not really sure what to do from here.
Any help would

For me I had to regrab the dlc for the ps5 version, if you press down when on the home page you should see the content packs and should be able to just add them.

5 RepliesClearing your console’s cache fixes lots of problems. Doing this a least once a month on consoles is recommended and doing after an update. Close console Unplug from the wall Leave unplugged for a full 5 mins this is very important. Plug back in and restart.
