New PVP maps. Simple.
Its been 412 days since we last got a new PVP map, and that batch were all just maps brought forward from Destiny 1. Also, they're pretty bad in this game. This isn't the slow plodding pace of Destiny 1. Its Destiny 2.
Why aren't we getting new maps? Beyond Light launching without at least one is absolutely insane. Fragment got added in SHADOWKEEP! Please give us some new and original maps, built for the current pace of the game. I understand you modified the brought-back maps to somewhat suit Destiny 2's pace, but they're tiny and cramped in comparison to something new and built for Destiny 2, like Fragment.
Please, do something about it. Its really not cool to see PVP left in the dust.

3 RepliesNot happening and no not me being rude. They moved their pvp team to Matter. The new game they're working on....the pvp only game they're working on. Crucible here in destiny probably will get watered down over the next few years as they'll want to draw these pvp players to Matter to increase its numbers.

The good thing is bungie acknowledged that map design is a factor to shotgun usage in crucible, so this means we’ll probably get new maps in the future. I’m hoping that is

1 ReplyI’m not a fan of re used content, but at this point I’ll take D1 maps. Anything is better than nothing for almost 2 years. And that’s if you count fragment. Which I don’t.

If we get two raids and three strikes in Beyond Light without any new or old crucible maps, I’ll probably take a break from the game until crossplay.

Might actually make Destiny PvE loot worth grinding for if PvP dies out. They aren't going to split the two balances so I'll gladly sacrifice the whole PvP community to another game. This is coming from a regular PvP player.

I agree but did you just use fragment as an example of a good pvp map? How dare you. I would rather face a 6 stack of stasis titans on any other map(except exodus blue) than play fragment ever again.

One it's not a pvp games just has pvp added on. Two it's free content so theres no reason to invest since no money to be made.
