Stasis Hunters are absolute garbage
Spaces Hunters are garbage. two withering blades in a row won't freeze at Target. a shuriken and dusk field grenade won't freeze. the glacier grenade is basically useless it won't kill someone without Whisper of fishers. So basically the only way you can freeze someone as a hunter other than the super is the Dodge near them and then use 2 withering blades. my favorite build is useless now the build im referring to is Dodge near an enemy with gamblers Dodge to make sure you have a shuriken and then throw said shuriken at them and then they're frozen. so essentially I bought the DLC for nothing. not going to lie I'm a little bit pissed off. the only thing the hunter has is its super. But what do you guys think. Let me know in the poll.

You Can't says it's garbage because no one would believe you, and you wouldn't put OP even though you know it is! Because let's be honest most hunter players don't play other classes in pvp because they can't win without triple jump and dodge roll, and one broken super after the next which has been the same since D1. Don't get me wrong I play them all but I'm just being honest.

2 RepliesLet's see: - Shurikens are still uncontestably the best melee in the game. And you don't need an exotic to get 2. And considering dodge, cooldowns aren't a huge problem for aggressive players. - The super still is really good shutdown and the best Area Denial tool in the game. - Slow on dodge (which makes it really hard to effectively fight) - Bakris is exclusive to this sub, and it's, y'know, Bakris in it's current state, well known for being obnoxious to properly fight since it turns dodge into one that can turn and has a far greater distance travelled, and that doesn't even consider that it also removes a visual character model on top of this. - Shatterdive still offers great mobility and can insta-detonate frozen Guardians, or the still incredibly powerful Glacier nades. I'm not saying it needs to be nerfed more, but people claiming it's been dumpstered are flat out wrong.

Busted still because of bakris + winter's shroud. Single best thing in the game right now for close range.

Hunter Main and I don’t even use Stasis much Bc I feel it’s a lil obnoxious, and that goes for ALL classes. I’d rather the freeze be back in the melee and change the super to where once the Hunter who casted silence and squall dies, the tornado dies with it. Not to mention, there are plenty of NON Hunter mains that run this subclass so they can cheese this very thing. It’s CHEAP players playing the cheesy or cheap classes that ruin it.

The nerf basically did nothing. You dont need to freeze someone to get a free kill on them, slow makes it just as difficult to fight back. Pre patch, I would always play for the slow. I would use one ability to slow someone and get the free kill. Since the patch did nothing to the slow abilities you can still do this just as easily.

Hunter stasis is still strong since slowing somebody is still a free kill since they’ll have an ass ton of bloom and will not really be able to fight back.

Its also been interesting to see some of the old stuff really start getting used again because I forgot how annoying some things could be because stasis is supposedly the first cheesy thing introduced to destiny ever. Cheesetastic Titan dive smashes all over the place feels like home.

Agreed, the class (i wouldnt say garbage) is pretty bland now. The nerfs made the class boring and im playing less because of it.
