Its really annoying when you having to go into the crucible and complete things such as grenade launcher kills etc it requires a lvl of skill to use those things, and for most players it takes forever or will detour players completely from even completing it. It can be a real energy drainer and demoralising when you keep running into shot gun wielding meta players, or stacked teams, when you just trying to complete a single task.
