9th Battleground Completion Should Be Pinnacle
It honestly makes no sense... 9 rounds of Battlegrounds and it’s still just Powerful Gear. Yet I can go run the Exo Challenge and get a Pinnacle drop in 5-10 minutes...
Not to mention it’s only 3 games of Vanguard Strikes and Crucible as well.
Kind of back-asswards if you ask me.
I guess someone at Bungie didn’t have their brain turned on when assigning the rewards for Battlegrounds lol.
Oh well.

2 RepliesEven for a pinnacle I would never play 9 Matches every week. Way to time consuming... Maybe if they would grant a pinmacle after every 3 Matches but even than... Since RNG sucks so hard anyway it would probably be three same items anyway.

4 RepliesI think they are releasing a nightfall difficulty to the battlegrounds later this season. Those will most likely have pinnacle rewards.

6 RepliesIf you do 9 a week you deserve a medal. I can barely bring myself to do three of these things anymore. It’s so boring. I wish they took all these resources to just remake menagerie with only a few challenges even. I don’t care if it had half the events it used to have it would still be far more fun to run the gauntlet or do the thrall tunnel and one boss than these battle ground.

6 Should be pinnacle. Look, its fun and action packed but six!? And it's just a powerful reward? And on top of that, pinnacles only drop 1-2 over your cap? That is kinda rough.

I do not bought this season, cause battlegrounds and focusing umbrals looks like absolute bore fest without any reason to do. The worst of the worst bungo.

It does seem incredibly odd that last season you could get a pinnacle for doing 5 hunts that took all of 5 minutes. I also believe you got 4 powerful gear drops on the way once the vendor was upgraded? This season you get what we currently have

2 RepliesIt's a tier 3 drop, which should be a +2 to your overall power level as a tier 2 is +1... But it could have better rewards, tired of getting blue drops in this activity

I totally agree! It’d incentivize a lot more people to stick with playing battlegrounds. At this point, I only play the one for the story quest then I dip. They are not rewarding or interesting enough to grind 🤷🏼♀️
